Micromanagement is evident at times, which can take a toll. A continuous effort has been put in to reduce the same from the management side.

There is no work life balance no working culture and there is no ethics and moral value in the management they just think about the profit on you nothing about employees and there is no holidays and other medical facilities for added by the company there is nothing like a company only the conductors.

I'm having an amazing experience with Unipro . Fostering Working culture is top notch , I have been here about more than a year now and I've not heard any grumbling about the management or the company or even the co-workers .

No Highly Appraisal or promotions are there, that is disheartening .
