Since this is my first company in the diagnostic sector, I have learned a lot about the industry, from test processes to dealing with doctors and clients. Some segments of Unipath have good reporting quality, which doctors trust, and that makes it easier to build relationships. Working here has also given me exposure to the market and improved my communication and handling of different situations.

Dislikes

Since this is my first company in the diagnostic sector, I had to learn everything on my own through on-the-job training, as there was no support from management & doctor for training in my first three years. Job security is poor, and the increment policies are disappointing—even after achieving 100%, the growth is not satisfactory. There are no incentives for exceeding targets, and even small things require constant follow-ups. The work culture is not great, as most people are just focused on securing their jobs rather than improving the company.

Lots of pollitics and no chance to grow your career lotsoff seniors are illlitrate and they have no sense....they forget that in which industry thay working.....

Covid gave me the best job, when I moved to unipath speciality laboratory. Friendly atmoshpher, it helped me to grow. Doctors, technicians, HR, Hod, coulegue everyone is helpful. I leant a lot.

Dislikes

Some negative people were there, but management took the right step and removed them from the organisation. So for me nothing is negative.
