System oriented in some cases, on time salary, Top management is reachable, Flexible timing for corporate.

Dislikes

No use of HR department other than events organisation, no reviews on salary structures, Appraisals are based on favourism. Good employees are under rated but favourites are getting everything. No control of top management at department level. Bad decisions are being ignored and approved by top management. No reviews on why good employees are leaving. No value and respect for skills and experiences. It's like a trail and error analysis organisation.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues Salary is decent but growth is slow there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a teem that markets reliable products and has a global client base .As a result I get to trevel abroat especially to the US and Canada . But von site travel completly dependent on your project and clint's location

Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
