Unipart Logistics have very friendly environment in SOC as most of the members are from UK. Wide scope of knowledge and growth.

Only issue is with India side Management and HR Teams they are not cooperative and sometimes we end up escalating to senior management or UK management team.

The India division of Unipart IT has worst work culture. Specially because of the egoistic management. The behaviour of management towards employees is rude and the true hardworking employees are never appreciated. There are no growth opportunities in any of the areas.

After working 36yrs for unipart I retired while off with I'll health and I never even got a letter to wish me good luck in my retirement this made me very angry and made me realise we're all just a number.
