...eer growth, necessary training facility and reasonably good working environment.As regards to salary, you can very well understand limitations of nationalized set up in comparison with it private counterparts.

Likings of all the people may not be same. In my case, my likings were much more than my dislikes.

...or each others, no work life balance, very old system, very old infra structure. Salary is less compared to corporate, manager and others will behave like there the owners of the bank.

Working with lots of coworkers. Sufficient salary.

Dislikes

Time taken by the respective department to respond to the field functionary’s concern. No real solutions arrived through discussion. Keeping important things pending.

Likes

The Pay is Okay but not at par with other Government jobs. Bank Management and Bank Unions control the Banks Operations. Chaploosis are always favoured by Management and Unions. So becoming a Chaploos is the main skill needed to survive here.

Dislikes

Bank Management pressurizes staff to achieve unrealistic targets. Officers are humiliated in regular Video Conferences. Many Officers have committed suicides in the last FY. Officers can be transferred anywhere in India and Management doesn't care about staffs families.

Likes

Salary and allowances will be on time. Easy to get loans on self name.

Dislikes

These days banking jobs became much stressful and hectic with no personal life. Young generation please don't come banking side anymore.
