Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Unimech system will leave you to take your own decision while handling a job and free to travel to any job location on our own. Unimech had a good team work and Planning team as well.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

.... There was no training given to us and the appraisal was not that much correct. The salary benefits also yearly basis and that to a common salary increment given to everybody.

The company is supply and services of air conditioning.

Dislikes

Company going under loss. I got salary 2 months once. This company owner from Chennai and director Kerala so here prefer Tamil and Kerala people. I was worked 1 year 5. I didn't get increment and bonus but other people got.
