...atodia, Harsvardhan Patodia are all fraud. They also cheat money of contractors. The company can't give salary on time generally 23rd to 25th of following month, the policy to keep one month salary in their hand. My father expired but they cheated my last salary.

Nothing. Office is terrible, people are also. Most importantly the washrooms are pathetic. 90% of the people were infected with corona virus.

...ery unorganised company, no rules & regulations. People are coming for timepass. Company deducts salaries of employees every month to pay their loans.

My salary has been defaulted and it’s been over an year, despite putting the same in mail from HR. Half the work force had left and half asked to resign, now they will hire new people and repeat the same process with them.

Compensation and growth is poor. The work pressure is standard. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. Even though get appreciation from customers but useless as there is no takers for appraisal.

Company policy- only do your jobs, dont ask for salary & increment.

After hiring they give a lolipop in the name of increment. A good worker, atleast working there only for 4 months, after that he or she flew away due to delay of salary payment. If you asked to hold, in this case they told you we are helpless even increment time. New comer dont go Unimark, bcz time is valuable.
