Professional skill people knowledge is very poor.So many groupism at diffrent stage like Production,QC,QA,warehouse,Engg.HR. People is not working in company favour.more than 15 Years old employees and they not think in company favour,and thier work ,planing,product quality is very 2 poor.No respect of patient of product quality.Area equipment and people hygiene is not maintain.production team is unliterate and always want overtime work and misuse of company assets and time .Never join this company either loss your carrier.

Likes

Management is like exploiters. Increment for manager is 500 to 2000rs. If you got 2000 rs increment they will keep on saying it while year. Vice president (MN Joshi) takes all meeting and he doesn't know how to talk to a human being.

Dislikes

On name of final settlement they will your balance will be in negative figure. HR has zero power in company. This is one may led company. Company owner is 12th pass and it comes to your job every time he ask you questions. He is being fooled by vice president who is main culprit in this company.
