...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Until when your project moves good and more cash flow to company they will treat you as pet, you will get more biscuits they will throw you lot biscuits.

Dislikes

Employees are treated according to department they work no equality. Even if they throw you out because of project shutdown due to the incapablity of management they will pay you few penny compensation but that to differ to each and every employees. Best bucketers get good more biscuits.

Let’s start by saying if you have eyes don’t even think of joining this company , I to lost my eyes so I joined . It’s a company of Gods & Kings (self proclaimed gods ) so the King is not the owner but one who called himself Head . But I pity on the future if he is the head , next up for the God ( non-technical, always angry and argumentative and he thinks that world should bow down in front of him) will provide you feedback for all the work that god and king were suppose to do , and his feedback is always that he is not happy as he thinks the only perfection god has shown is in creating him , after that god have only made fools . So if you then also joined this circus then have your time and give space to your family bcos at the end your feedback is always be bad. Again have to clarify the feedback is not for owners but for two seniors that think that they are the owners and boss around .

Worst company, managers and leads are not knowledgeble, behaviour of leads is not good, especially nitesh baradwaj, mithun, kiran. They dont do single ruppe work, they just time passing by blaming others, thats y company growth is very less, its closes very soon due to this type employees...
