Some people's support each other most don’t. CEO, CTO and VP’s are really humble. They will give you chance to share your thoughts and ideas. Especially CTO, he is a very nice person. Learned a lot from him.

Dislikes

No cab service No availability of simple employee facilities like proper parking, food court or other basic facilities. No fixed appraisal yearly, even if given then payout will be very late almost 4-6 months delay. Don’t expect much hike. Very less promotions to lower or medium employees. You will get call anytime and you will have to work. Work life balance is bad. They want you to be in office and also after office you will have to work. You will rarely get promoted as they will add new people to higher positions. Horrible politics.

Good work life balance. Opportunity to learn and work on multiple things on a wider perspective. Friendly environment with colleagues. Supportive managers. Active and supportive HR department. Flexibility in working hours.

Dislikes

Lack of motivational bonuses. Slow responses from higher executives. Sometimes a lack of transparent communication between higher executives and other employees. Recent decrease in extra curricular activities.
