As per management manager only having responsibility.management should give importance each and every employee. There no job security and no career & salary growth.there no respect whoever working sincerely. I have to 10 - 12 hour's daily but I don't have freedom for 1 hour late coming or early going if have any emergency for personal life Manager do not value an individual strengths.

It's a good company, but ops manager Mr Satish bhade is a big choor, and company can't take any action on him..

Dislikes

Only Mr Satish bhade I don't like him not only me, other colleagues also but few don't want to tell anything against him, as they will be through out of the company if they do so, Mr Satish also take advantage of female employee s asking them personal fevours in return of promotion in the company..he is the main culprit, rest all it's a good company to work with rgds ABHILASH SINGH
