The company is a good place to just work for a short period of time not suitable for your career growth and the team leads are a bit unprofessional.

The team leads are unprofessional and lack the leadership skills to handle a team. Not at all suitable for beginners as there is lack of learning and career growth. No job stability

It is simply a crap company. I don't recommend anyone to work here as there is a lot partiality and only selected people get all the opportunities to explore and learn. If you take a vacation, then also they will give you work to do from home or wherever. I personally don't like this culture.
