The culture is too bad. The promoter are from retail background runs a corporate lending company and runs it more like a retail set up. They create unnecessary pressure and stress. Make employees sit for long with no urgent work to do. Keep on lying to client about their networks to bank which they don't have and expect employees to make for them. They humiliate the person in front of every one. Would say one of the worst company to work with

It's very worst company have seen in my life no rules, no system, no ethics, no job security, specially Hr & Admin and senior level these dept play's very dirty politics please do not trust on this company once you know reality of these dept they will terminate you immediately for silly reason.

I joined as a fresher and the learning has been exponential since inception. Here you get an opportunity to witness and work during the whole cycle of investment which isn't a case in big MNCs. Fortunately, my TL is kind enough to make sure my learning curve remains steep continuously and for arranging timely team dinner.Most importantly work pressure can't enervate when you are blessed with awesome team members and colleagues.

Work pressure is high but you can't complain as investment banking is about it only.
