Only day shifts and cooperative colleagues. otherwise management is not good, no growth in this company, no working culture. 6 day office. Long stretch without any reasons. Nobonus or appreciation from management. Always hire and fire situations depend on MD mood.

Compensation is decent but the growth is slow and blue collored staff indulges in rumour. Which becomes irritating

nothing to like about this company as the old age management who just wants to save there job and poke wrong informations to the MD (PS) and he is so dumb he acknowlegede that information and belive it to be true

Management are so pathetic I worked 2 years One singal day I was not satisfied by nature of company wat to treat employees no week off and no bunus extra

This is a Lala Company registered as a private company. Only one man decision work. No management. Only people who could work as news reporter to Owner, only survives. No growth. No Culture. Owner used to watch through cctv cameras and take eye on you & will count your every moment and activity.
