The Company used outdated equipment. And no innovation are done. Low quality product not give Carrier exploring opportunities. Not give insensitive only machine work are do. The person are working in company are mostly proper citizen of district. So very difficult or no to tuning with those person. If you are professional or hardworking the place give you dissatisfaction and vaste of time.

No insensitive. They take much effort hard work in very less or neglected amount of money. If your calleag are absent there shift then company administration force you to do his shift. The no working timing it continues 5 shift 1st 2ed night. Then 1st 2ed and take brack of one shift. And the cycle is on going.

One of the best company to start your carrer after the graduation. I worked here for more than 4 years and i have learnt a lot from my seniour and managers.

Sometimes, the work pressure is high due to many batches order to complete within time given, so have to do multiple shifts on regular basis.
