To some extent compensation was ok but that was not for very long as they have hire and fire policy. In appointment letter they specifically mention they can fire even at one day notice.

Right from the first I was doubtful about the company as they are in Mumbai and I appointed for Delhi but I was never called for orientation or induction at Mumbai. Once you leave your previous company then they give you appointment letter mentioning that your services can be terminated at one day notice but you need to serve month notice. Since you have left your previous organization so you are left with no choice than accepting the letter of appointment. They winded up their retail Operation within 6 month time terminating all employees in one day notice. This is most unethical company I worked for.

They create companies to take loan from banks utilise that money into their parent company and after 6-8 months close that newly created company and terminate people on a very short notice.

There's no orientation for newly joined people. No SOPs . No training.

The things which i disliked was that uniconnect has only one branch in Mumbai which was in West Mumbai Andheri, and because of our very good service our clients prefer taking sim service from our uniconnect only, as per our clients feedback uniconnect required at least 2 branches more in Mumbai (Central & Harbor) which was not there.
