The company is open to students for their industrial attachment and there I had the opportunity to work with them. I love the cordial relationship among the engineers and the workers, from time to time they get them and ask of their challenges ,also train them on their safety and how to prevent accident on the site .my friend had the opportunity to further his education and the company granted and supported him to further his education. The company give it's workers the opportunity to better their education. Because I was not a staff, I didn't get opportunity to travel outside but I love every aspects of their work and how thep treat the Wkers. I am saying that because moving from one Department to the other helped me learn more about them. If I get the opportunity to work with them as a permanent staff ,I would gladly do.
