The best part, I am in Head office of Unicharm, and Salary is credited on 4-5 every month.

Dislikes

The most i dislike is they don't do off role employees to Company pay role, Company pay role Employes get 32 yealy holiday if they do not use leaves thy will carry forward to next year and get paid on reignition and get mobile Exp, but off role employees gets only 24 holidays and it is not paid or carry forwarded.

This company hires working professional and I am glad to get hired in the company as a fresher and this company has upgraded my skills and also taught me about the market and its basics which helped me in my career growth. This is my first company and will be the best company in which I am working , and the managerial team is superb which treats and lead their team as their own family.

Dislikes

No dislikes at all...but as an Isr timely payment and an increament in the salary will be most beneficial. Though the salary is not too high like for the same position in other companies.

Dislikes

Wide gaps in salary benefits at same position. Only old employees get promotion, no link with performance. Annual salary increment is linked with years spend by you in company , not with the performance and value results.

I was in institutional division which is declared as female division. Salary on time. Other facilities are ok. They fill distributors like slave. When you see the culture it looks like good but deeply it is very bad. Lot of politics from zsm side. Zsm's are like career creator. If they like your face they make your career good, but if they dislike it will be worst.

Dislikes

If your salary will become more than your colligue and your face is not good than zsm will transfer you any where without any discussion with you. They can increase your salary in such a way so that you can not be fitted in other organisations. Hr will only do that what zsm will tell to do.
