...al positions are very uncertain. They give contracts even for one or two months. Every year you have to be prepared for a gap in your job without salary because of the unnecessary delay in contract renewal. Majority of the payroll employees behave so bad with the team mates. There is no team spirit at all.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that makes me in new heights. As a result, I get to travel across the state which includes 24 districts. I get an opportunity to meet teachers, students, officials from state, district, block and at the school level. Also got the opportunity to take part in the different orientation to enhance the capacity of different stake holders. Although the fact is that there is no job security as a consultant but I like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow in comparison to other states. The work pressure is very high because I have to manage different programmes of different departments at the same time. Some times I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Sometimes managers do not value an individual unique strengths or ideas, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do not receive appreciation email from my managers, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

...no matter how many efforts you are putting and how good your work results are. if you feel this job is not something you can do, they gives you a lollipop of money you can earn and once they feel you are not a good begger they will ask you to leave the job so that they don't need to pay you your salary. this is just a teaser i can write a novel about them.

...mazing. everything is really good best thing is work environment so so so good . Teammates are really supportive and good salary hike and incentives.

Dislikes

... no matter what your Postion is if u are a manger then also u have to fundraise. So what i found there is no growth in terms of work , salary will increase definetly you have to do mangers work also but u have to fundraise also.

1/ Direct deal with the community people. 2/ Working for the betterment of the children's and as well as community people. 3/ Develop communication skills.

1/ There is no job security 2/ Salary is lower compare to work.
