They do not have any work culture ethics. Only if you can give them sales and numbers despite of market situation you can join. Salaries are credited on the 5th or 6th of every month. They favour their old employees. If they hire you at a high package then be assured of not receiving appraisal on your first cycle. Every month atleast 2-3 employees resign.

One of the terrible and unprofessional organization. Current HR was working in logistics department got transferred and started working as an HR so no concrete HR policy or no employee welfare. She is studying HR where her friend gives her exam in the office. Irony is she is Senior Manager HR. Few people who were here since inception makes new team member feel like the company is running because of them. Although the management has so much experience but blind to see the politics going in the office. If they wish to grow they have to first take things under their control rather then giving it to these so called pillars since inception. All in all worst company to work.
