Work pressure excessive with little or no credit. Suggestions for improvements and change were impossible to get approval for, far too many managers and interference from underlings in high positions with little or no experience. exceptionally difficult and stressful company who are more interested in having unnecessary 'meetings' instead of getting on with the job in hand. Happy to leave!
