New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

People who are appointed as associates helping hand , jr cad operators enjoy the work and facilities as you get promoted people just blame you and it work . In short not a good place for team leaders or managers who don't play politics in work.

... then they will make u to slog , being a lady I was doing late sittings till 10.30 pm and next day u have to report sharp otherwise salary gets deducted . Pathetic Policies people will be lost and surprise to see the deductions and HR themselves can't explain what deductions they are. No new person survives there for more than 3 to 4 months as people play musical chair for getting permission for sop's management are not bothered about the delay and making the customers await . Worst experience . Not a good place to enjoy to work dedicatedly without buttering . Here to get it work done u have to butter each and every people whether they r in management level or lower level. Staffs and workers don't respect to team leaders , speak very harshly.

Innovations and ideas are always welcome and no multiple level approach .. Sky is the limits for the right candidates. NO POLITICS .. Learning have no limits
