Managers way of motivation is that we will fire you. No good tech guyz left in this company. They will switch your tech stack and team randomly and if you say no fired in that moment itself. Joining bonus - never take this. This will ruin your life

Excruciatingly stupid - DU type people are running the show there in the CTO office, calling themselves project managers. These are the people who haven't ever seen the paper of a competitive exam.

They are the Pay masters. Very aggressive approach. Founders are involved. Startup’s should learn from them. Really aggressive.

No strategy. Always on pilot mode. Highly top to bottom driven company. CEO needs good people to build the company and should be ‘humane’ in approach. Insulting people for your pleasure makes you a small human being.
