Poor or no job security. No down top communication - very less likely that your issue will be listened to by management. Unnecessary (unnatural)pressure in Sales and almost all teams. Very less perks in terms of incentive. No clear understanding of your job profiles as you may be frequently transferred to one team to another with different profiles. 6 days working .

Cost cutting at recession period is common in almost all companies but that should not be at the cost of investing in marketing and branding which is one of the major issues in this organization.

1. no career growth 2. talktime 4 hrs on daily basis...a big fat issue .. 3. no work life balance 4. manager will provide paying leads to their favourite BDE's 5. very less incentive in the edtech industry and a lot of tax deduction. 6. HELL is the better word to decribe this company for BDE'S.

I joined Unacademy with great hopes but after spending but after spending 8 months in the system I can say that I am extremely dissatisfied with the work culture here. There is absolutely no work life balance and no Job satisfaction. At Unacademy we are asked to do 4 hours of connected talk time (Excluding ring time) and it is non negotiable (As often told by Assistant directors and managers in their meetings). Moreover the company is operating on 6 days a week system so you have to do calling from 9.30 AM to 8 PM for 6 days in a week. On Sundays there could be some follow ups to make. When I joined this organization 8 months back, I was asked to do 3 hours of talk time. After some days, In August The company took a decision to bring in 5 days a week culture to improve proper work life balance and work satisfaction. Here company also increased the daily required talk time to 3.5 hours of connected talk time. This continued for some time and in the Month of November the company conducted a townhall just 2 days before Diwali and gave us a big shock(Normally at the time of Diwali, companies try to make their employees happy) by saying that "the company is now going back to 6 days a week system, everyone has to work 6 days a week and talk time will remain same. so here we were asked to do 3.5 hours of talk time for 6 days. It was an extremely dissatisfying decision by the company and I think every single team opposed it but our voice was not heard and actually it is never heard. After some days one more townhall was conducted and in that town hall company said, '' Going forward everyone has to do 4 hours of connected talk time". it was so shocking because doing 4 hours of connected talk time looks completely impossible. Moreover there is so much of pressure for revenue as well. If you don't perform well for one month, next month you will be in trouble. My overall experience with Unacademy is extremely dissatisfying.
