...owner, no job security , market reputation with stockist and drs are very poor . Salary cut every month for unnecessary reasons.

Only company provide salary on time. In umano healthcare, there is no any stratagy and activity plan by company. No one head office people working in field. GM ,VP is not working in field. VP only focus on meditation. Sales and marketing is his second priority.

VP focus only on meditation not in sales. He is working from office or home only.

...e since last 4 years and never faced any situation when i thought about to quit. Company has extended all support during pandemic situation gave work from home facilities with full paid salary to all employees. Important thing is they never hold salaries & paid salaries on time every month. Working culture and job security is excellent. Best place to work for women.

...13. Good Management, Owner is a very good Gentleman Person, Motivational Leader. Always given salary on time. During COVID time management given full salary without any work taken from employees. Management always support his staffs.
