The teammates are good.There are some department conflict. Besides compensation, others things are good. One of the best part is learning, you will learn lots of things here. I also like the staff welfare activities.

Compensation is not so competitive as company to industry.But, they will give you promotion. Appraisal process is not depends on quality of work.It is done by face.

The way😡, the company kick off their employees and staff on very short notice or even on call in night👎. In Umang Dairies, job security is (Zero)0. They called to anyone in night or day and kick off their employees with very short notice of few hours like - 3 to 5 hours. When i was working their, the UDL terminate 3 managers(Including 2 plant heads) and a power plant manager, also the company terminate two executive. Very bad culture they are following their.

I have nothing that I like about this company.

Worse work ethic. HRs are absolutely not professional. I have never seen so much office politics in my life, here you will be treated as a literal "naukar". The heads/manager will ask you to work on weekends because apparently it will increase your experience but unfortunately it just disturbs your work life balance. This so called "big company" don't even treat you equally, cultural/racial ignorant comments are pretty normal over here. In short my experience was completely disappointing and i wish they take their employees seriously and treat them like humans.
