Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The working environment here is very good, all the staff do their own work and no one interferes in anyone else's work and the best thing is that even the boss has only work to do, so I like working here. seems like

Although I have no objection but I am worried about the future of me and my family because here is neither ESIC nor EPFO and at the same time there is no time limit for salary increment, sometime 2 years and sometime 3 years . I worried about this every year.
