Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Colleagues were very good and supportive except the team lead.

Dislikes

They will make you work for 40 hours with complete tracking and we should maintain atleast 60% activity throughout the week and make us work without any leave other than week end. You will not receive any leave for public holidays. Also they will ask you to handle lot of accounts with this time and make you exhaust throughout. It's like a nightmare working over there
