Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.

,EVEN AFTER ACHIEVING ALL THE TARGETS,THERE IS NO PROMOTION, NO INCENTIVE, A TROPHY ,ANNUAL FOREIGN OR OWN COUNTRY ANY PLACE AS A TOUR , IS NOT GIVEN AS A REWARD.

The Pay structure of staff cadre employee is very poor. The increment is also terrible. You will be required to work tirelessly on weekends without any compo off or other benifits. On quater ends your work can end at 2-3 in the mornings. This place (UKSC) is a good place for getting brand value, other than this there are no value. My suggestion is avoid.

Flexible timing. Super work balance satisfactory family time. Work culture good. No security risk for female staff. No harrassment to female employees. Off role female staff treated with respect. Work pressure bearable.

Low salary. Opportunity for absorption in payroll limited.

... off, no holiday. Maximum plant at remote location. Pathetic medical benefits. Poor salary structure, with unlimited deduction.
