Absolutely nothing! Forget about Vendors, they do not pay even legal dues of employees and Channel partners. Company run by fools, Top management is not capable of handling teams. Pure politics playground.

Everything! Forget about work life balance, they treat employees like animals. Main culprit is E.Nagaraju from Telangana. They harrass employees like anything. No appreciation only criticisim everything you propose. They force to do wrong things and later blame Sales team. Very Bad experience working with them. Mental harrasment and mocking everytime.

worst culture I have ever seen in building material segment. except salary nothing is happening good in the company. Hrs are also Terrible. Building material segment became telecom sector.

Join on your own risk. Salary and perks are uncertain. No Growth. After leaving organisation HR will not entertain you, as not giving reliving , resignation acceptance, experience FNF DOCUMENTS.

Salary is major constraints, No TA, DA policy, 2-3 people around owner(Ms. Manjushree Khaitan) running business as per their convenience, and Monetary benefit. No policy and nothing.

As per salary is concern I am not happy...work environment is good. Some policies are not applicable in ground reality.
