Get salary on every last day of month. Different training sessions are organised time to time. One can take benefit from it. But managing time availablity, for attending the training is very difficult here.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Too much stressed working. Increment are very low. Preferences given on refference over skill for promotion and increament. Only doing show business in safety, without focusing actual requirement.
