If u r offroll you always have to behave like a pet dog to HR then only you can survive. She doesn't have brains so can't even tolerate if someone has good IQ.

*LESS SALARY. *MENTAL HARASSMENT IN BULK. *YOU HAVE TO BEHAVE LIKE THEIR PET DOG FOR SURVIVAL. *PARTIALITY IN EVERYTHING ONROLLS OFFROLLS ALL THE TIME. *HR WILL EARN IN LACS WITH ALL COMPANY BENEFITS BUT STILL WON'T WORK AND DOWN THE LINE HAVE TO WORK ON THEIR BEHALF. *NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. *PPL IN OFFICE CHILL THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND POST 6 THEY START WORKING SO THAT THEY CAN SAY WE DO OVERTIME N HARDWORK. *ZERO TEAM WORK NO GUIDANCE JUST PURE SHOWOFF. *NO JOB SECURITIES TO OFFROLLS. *WORST COMPANY EVER TO WORK WITH REGRETTED BEING A PART OF THIS WASTE OF TIME COMPANY. *ZERO GROWTH , NO LEARNINGS, LESS SALARY & FULL TIME POLITICS.

Absolutely nothing! Forget about Vendors, they do not pay even legal dues of employees and Channel partners. Company run by fools, Top management is not capable of handling teams. Pure politics playground.

Everything! Forget about work life balance, they treat employees like animals. Main culprit is E.Nagaraju from Telangana. They harrass employees like anything. No appreciation only criticisim everything you propose. They force to do wrong things and later blame Sales team. Very Bad experience working with them. Mental harrasment and mocking everytime.
