Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.

Likes

Management is very good in ultratech cement.Even in the covid 19 lockdown it paid salary to all employees.But the people who work at low levels were fired from jobs.

Dislikes

No career growth because the people who work hard and talented are not recognised in this company.It just recognises the one who has more number of contacts of higher officials in the company.It is very hard to crack an interview because there are so many plants of ultratech so 1.competetation is very high and the second reason is that there will be atleast one person in the interview who will have link with the one who is hiring.So indirectly he gets hired for the position.

We are working from home since pandemic begins and we are getting salary in time including our team mates and our juniors who reports to us in out source company they also getting it in time and we are experiencing e-learning courses online and training programs through virtual meeting by corp office employees and top level management also company is taking care and our family with motivational speakers and health care instructors or Dr's via virtual meeting.

Nothing is dislikes it may feel comfortable when u work with a better team and immediate manager whom u report and cross functional teams also plays a vital role in like and dislike factors but fortunately everything good so far .

Worst Company Culture, Only Bragging of the Name Just one thing to Say Naam Bade Darshan Chote There nothing to like about Minimum working hours are 12 to 15 Hrs If you Go at schedule time, it seems like you are going early and have done your duty half. Apart from this the appraisal is very less If want to get promoted just by Hard work It's nearly impossible it will take 5 years just to get promoted if you are lucky enough only then The culture of the company is worst of Kind Lots and lots of Non Value added work is there which will at the end Eat away your Technical knowledge of the subject. There is no respect of an individual, No humanity at all Company Shows that it has rich culture of Health and safety But in reality it's just elephant tooth khaane k kuch aur dikhane k kuch aur. Just visit occupational health centre you will know, you will feel it. From 1st day you will feel that you are under paid or you are just wasting your time.
