There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. There is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign. In the job training is not given to new joinees.

Ultratech work culture like - Jiski lathi uski Bains, Transfer Sirf Jugad walo ke liye hai, baki jahan inko jarurat padti hai jabardasti transfer ho jati hai Employ chahe kam kare ya na kare par Jisko politics achhi ati hai to manager ki najar me usse best koi nhi hai Sidhe logon ke liye Ultratech ka culture Painful Hai😂

Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.

The Pay structure of staff cadre employee is very poor. The increment is also terrible. You will be required to work tirelessly on weekends without any compo off or other benifits. On quater ends your work can end at 2-3 in the mornings. This place (UKSC) is a good place for getting brand value, other than this there are no value. My suggestion is avoid.
