Apart from this the appraisal is very less If want to get promoted just by Hard work It's nearly impossible it will take 5 years just to get promoted if you are lucky enough only then The culture of the company is worst of Kind Lots and lots of Non Value added work is there which will at the end Eat away your Technical knowledge of the subject. There is no respect of an individual, No humanity at all Company Shows that it has rich culture of Health and safety But in reality it's just elephant tooth khaane k kuch aur dikhane k kuch aur. Just visit occupational health centre you will know, you will feel it. From 1st day you will feel that you are under paid or you are just wasting your time.

Pay revision pending more than 15 years. At the same designation huge difference of payment. No incentive scheme. Excess work load on engineers. Too much advertisement rather than focusing on plant issues. advertising

Huge problem with working hour for project employees. There is no work life balance. Usually you have to stay upto 10 PM on daily basis. You will just go to office and come back to home for sleep only.

Working culture is good. Team is very supportive. Salary is decent. Job is secured. Safety is first priority. It's just the industries are located in remote area and thus no recreational activities. Work life balance is a bit on uneven side.
