TERRIBLE TERRITORY MANAGER IN KESINGA UNIT AND PATHETIC REGIONAL MANAGER OF WESTERN ODISHA.T HEY CONSIDER THEMSELVES AS GOD OF ALL EMPLOYEES AND TORTURE IN THE NAME OF PERFORMANCE WHERE,THEY CONTRIBUTION IS ALMOST ZERO.THEY ESPECIALLY TORTURE THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE JOINED THROUGH INTEGRATION PROCESS.THE CULTURE OF COMPANY HAS DEGRADED IN LAST 3 YEARS AND STILL DETERIORATING .HR HAS BECOME JUST A RUBBER STAMP.

Good working environment, freedom, work life balance, job security. 5 days working, comp off facility.

Dislikes

After retirement benifits are very less, some hr policies are not transparent, salary structure not same for all employees, HR department employees are also not employees oriented.

Employee open to take initiatives....Salary credit on every 30th of Month, Highest Conveyance Paying company Rs 13/- per Km for 4 wheel.

Dislikes

Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.

There is a very worst working environment. Politics in office. No promotion. So much of unethical work Working time is more than 14 Hours Salary & TA-DA is not coming in time. Senior is give there work to junior.

,EVEN AFTER ACHIEVING ALL THE TARGETS,THERE IS NO PROMOTION, NO INCENTIVE, A TROPHY ,ANNUAL FOREIGN OR OWN COUNTRY ANY PLACE AS A TOUR , IS NOT GIVEN AS A REWARD.
