Expense reimbursement, you can't claim more expense. But the thing is like, if you don't work properly you won't have expenses, but if you work with your full throttle, your expense will be more..that has to be understood.

Religious-based management and very bad culture from Factory Manager and very difficult to move forward. Only one community can shine from this company others are kept only for eyewash.

When i was joined work culture is good. but when i left it is slightly not comfortable. But they are giving much importance to production side employees and not giving such importance to commercial side employees. compnay policy is good. Managemen is also good people but now younger generation is incharge. They are not giving much importance to employees especially male employees, They are not giving due weightage for commercial side of Professionals.

Only one thing that is they are giving much waitage to one HR consultants opinion. If they weigh the observation of the consultants opinion atleast with the concered department HOD. It is good for their business.
