Salary hike is depend on the whole ultra plant performances that means if any plant underperforms that will ultimately reflect at the time of appraisals, 2. performance allowance deduction every month 3. transportation charges deducted from employees take home salaries 4. No fixed salary date (who will be responsible for EMI bounces - it does not affect on high paying employees but most of the people seriously affects due to delay) 5. Some of closed to management employees treated differently. 6. huge internal politics (i know it happens in every company)

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
