Also if you have 1 year of experince you can handle the pressure easily. Good initiative by the company to help the needy students by providng them free internship .

Dont consider this company if u are fresher who does not have any prior work expereince in IT and if u feel u can learn everything from scratch then this company will be nightmare for you. Points to consider: 1) If u are joining as feresher after seeing their ad then u will be given an free internship for first 3 monts then after that they will pay u somewhere b/w 5k to 10 k as an intern only. 2)Then after that based on your performance they will alter your posistion in the company but they will make sure to make you to over work and compensate for the salary they are providing. 3)Completely unfavourable enevironment if u are not not street smart. 4)After serving for 6 months u may be asked to leave and the experience will not be considered in the next company 5)Micromnagement which is a hassle fo freshers. 6)Employee retntion rate is very less. 7)Hire and fire policy 8 No stringent slection process. 9)UI part of websites are clumsy and lack orginality.
