Noida Office space has some good aesthetics. Provide food, not good but you can adjust as it is free. Free cab service in Delhi, NCR, and some regions near to NCR such as faridabad. Comfortable office seatings.

...carrom board. If you want to downfall your career then it is best place to join. If you switch to UKG from service based then salary will be better otherwise it is less compare to other product based companies.

Great work culture, best salary and benefits in the IT industry, good work life balance, team members are really great, employee friendly organization, free lunch, evening snacks twice a week, cab facility

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work life balance is not good. No good support for learnings. Not good planning for the next piece of the work.

Management needs to look at leaders who are setting culture within the team. Leaders coming from different service based companies tries to create same kind of toxic work environment and own overridden unfriendly policies like taking leaves , micromanagement. Be ready to stretch your evening or nights to get your work done as per US timings.

The company has good work life balance but it largely depends on the team and manager. There is good learning if working in platform domain else it can be monotonous. Peers are helpful and friendly. Kronos also has rehire policy.

Dislikes

...4% more hike than all others. This numbers differ slightly based on the project. Increment at higher levels are almost same as lower levels even though there is a huge base salary difference.
