Don’t join this company for salary and perks. The percentage hike and appraisal hike you get here is equal to the percentage of physical and mental health loss here. If you have no issues with health and work life balance then definitely join here but beware you will tested to your limits and one day definitely you will break. They fired QA but the QA managers are reframed as engineer manager and they are managing the development teams. You can think of how much they will help you if they can’t understand the work and technology. No learning opportunity you can’t even learn by your own as you will have no time even for sleep. Even if you will give 16 hours daily to this company you will be listen the words like your productivity is just 5 hours. Every team is being pushed to create AI agents without knowing the actual benefit and the area where it should be implemented. If you take leaves that are pre planned and communicated months ago, still those will not counted in sprint planning. I can go on talking about the cons.

...to be best in careers. Company: it celebrates success and is good to employees. Salary is satisfactory as a fresher and good culture.

Work timing: we need to connect to US Employees at night sometimes. Job Security is like you never know you are fired.

Noida Office space has some good aesthetics. Provide food, not good but you can adjust as it is free. Free cab service in Delhi, NCR, and some regions near to NCR such as faridabad. Comfortable office seatings.

Dislikes

...carrom board. If you want to downfall your career then it is best place to join. If you switch to UKG from service based then salary will be better otherwise it is less compare to other product based companies.

Great work culture, best salary and benefits in the IT industry, good work life balance, team members are really great, employee friendly organization, free lunch, evening snacks twice a week, cab facility

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good. No good support for learnings. Not good planning for the next piece of the work.
