Small salaries, lot of work pressure, 2,3 positions work handle 1 person. But salary, increments, bonus not give. In this company hike means 500 to 1500.maximum.

Work culture is good, staff can easily present their thoughts and co Mgmt also gives preferences

Dislikes

Every year late Appraisals. Mostly in other cos, Appraisal and increments happens between April to June. But, here staff has to wait till December.

Do not like कंपनी के लिए लाइक करने जैसा कुछ नही है जब तक जरनल मैनेजर कम्पनी से नही जाता तब तक कंपनी ग्रोथ नही लेगी

Very heavy politics in Companies नार्थ इंडिया में gm की अपनी पार्टियां है इनसे gm का अपना कमीशन सेट रहता है जिसके लिए gm उनको एक्स्ट्रा स्किम देता है जब इम्प्लाई की अपनी पार्टी होती है तब उसको बिलिंग करने में भी बहुत विवाद करता है जिस एरिया से gm की पार्टियों का विजनेस कम हो जाता है गम वहाँ के एप्लाई को हटाने के लिए गंदी राजनीति करता है ।
