Hr department is not systematic. They wont provide the offer letter before joining , No salary slips provided without requesting , The benefits and allowance's including bonus which you got is not showed anywhere. So it creates a big issue when you try to switch the organization. They wont even mention the actual allowances you got in the salary details. * slow growth/promotion * No proper appraisal cycle * No pf

As its a labour contract coperative society, its employee friendly in terms of employees benefits like grantimg leaves, providing free lunch to all, yearly bonuses etc

Dislikes

... apply any job through references.. They dont value your skills or experience. The starting salary for most of the jobs is ₹10000. No hirearchy, no value for employees opinion. For everything, the final word is chairman who is not mucb educated and believes in autocracy. Internal politics, lobbying, nepotism is the way for survival.. Except a few key positions, for most of the employees, its their first and last company.

This company is located in my village, Teammates good, training need more, salary good,work environment under progress, every thing good.

The job security is good but the work culture and Management need to be more professional. The commitment level of employees is very high and the management promotes informal relationships. ULCCS has high level of quality parameters and the employees are hard working.

Dislikes

ULCCS needs to be more professional in their management practices and administration. More discipline in financial management is desirable
