Dislikes

Terrible management, they will keep on taking new clients even when the team is small and overworked. No appreciation for good work. Clear favouritism in the team. So much workload but they rarely consider reallocating the deadlines. For the boss, clients are god, employees can deal with it. Zero communication. Terrible.

Likes

Love the flexibility of working from hybrid/remotely on my own types. Decent growth opportunities, but after a point its quite stagnant. The team is extremely talented and helpful, the only good thing about working here.

Dislikes

Poor management, extremely high workload with no consideration for employee burnout. The management has unrealistic expectations of how much work can an employee handle, and due to the small size of the team, it can get worse. There's rarely any appreciation for efforts, and unrealistic quality standards make it difficult to be creative at times. The company owner is poor at communication, and the hiring is so slow and rare that the team is mostly overburdened. Also a 6-day work week is not good for anyone. There are no perks and appraisals are rare. Salary does not match the workload and multiple job roles.
