... anytime they want/ 0% growth as they are not interested in employees growth.... Salary was never on time and they distribute salaries in cuts and pieces... Completely unprofessional behaviour from the management

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about working here but If I had to point out anything, it would be the occasional challenges of tight deadline - which, in hindsight, have helped me grow professionally.

Interia is a very sane place to work. Focussed on customers, employees and its partners. It offers an environment of mutual trust, support and growth. Good performance is recognised and rewarded. And above all it is a very ethical place to work.

A lot of things. Basically job security is zero. They hire people if they have projects and they will fire you without any prior notice if they don't have work. Employee growth and benefit hs their least concern. Micromanagement. Also I lot of office politics. If you are not in favourite list then be ready for a termination letter.
