Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Nice supportive staff & workers, Canteen facility available,No late working compulsory, and 1 weekly off compulsory .

They treat the staff as their family and.look out solution to all problems faced by the staff . Healthy working environment also management and staff co ordination is.very good.so there is no chance of misunderstanding . Always they come up with new opportunities for the staff which binds a bond of corporate relationship very strong. As a team they r very excellent boss who manages his staff in a very smooth manner.
