There is nothing to like about this horrible company.

Dislikes

There is no proper work balance over here and I had not been receiving proper pay as well that's why I left the company. Also there is a senior manager working in Koramangala branch who is an extremely horrible person and badmouths his customers (his name is Shravan). I don't even know how he got the position of senior manager with this type of attitude.

Like every company has politics it has same, all up leval manager support each other,change decisions,unexpected employee movement it doest matter your performance.

I like company cultural, benefits, salary, good work place and good knowledge.

Company is good.. but supervisor are not supported.. Hr also not solve our problems.. no growth.. no value for honest people, they support only there close peoples..

Salary generate timely,career growth should be possible if their is passer lightly decrease.

Salary could not growth properly, Group politics create, work environment not good,HR not solve any kind of issue.

As per my view this is a really good place to work and innovate yourself with its rapid changing technology. I joined this organisation to balance my personal as well as professional life.

Dislikes

The compensation is average or better from others but the promotion may after 18 months and above. The work pressure is unbearable comparison to past , We have to work 12-14 hours without any excuse. The system is too delinquent , every thing which is required to full fill after a long . Due to heavy work pressure a new employee is unable to survive in this.
