The company has all the equipment necessary, but the working conditions are poor, with no security grant for the job

Poor working conditions and under pay for upcountry, mostly part-time position or trainee

Likes

Teammate were very supportive and we had training every other day which was. Very good and the trainers were really good, however there was no job security as workers are fired and time by anybody I mean any leader no explanations, there was no promotion salary was the lowest payment a graduate can get, life was very hard as the manager was the worst plus his juniors

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high due to high call volume. Manager don't value individual and there alot of segregation by bosses who favoved their tribe mate, there is no job security as can be lied off anytime with out warning
