... 2. Too much micromanagent - even for the smallest of login things are asked. 3. Less salary and appraisal with other market standards. 4. Manager might listen to ur problems but it's just listening from one ear and throwing out from second. 5. High level of company politics within the team. 6. They sometimes make u do weekend as well.

Work culture is great - you get credits for the work you do, your inputs are taken seriously. Skill development is taken care of. Direct access to heads (open culture)

No dislikes other than compensation, i feel the compensation is less according to market, But its a trade off with learning's so its ok

-Compulsory night shift . - Work is repetitive there is nothing new. - VP says the journey is important than destination. But the destination is not defined. - Billed wrong hours to client, they cheat

Likes

Supervisors are bad and they are not capable of managing the things without hurting the Individual Contributors. No scope for improving our skills. In fact we will forgot the technologies we already learnt. Worst overall.

Dislikes

Salary wise they will act with partiality. They will do all the silly things to bargain our Hike. Don't expect any good things from them.

Likes

Flexible working hours with unlimited leaves. Highly knowledgeable folks with higher work experience.

Dislikes

Slow growth in career in terms of work as well as salary. Lesser/ minimal communication across different functional teams. Senior management comprises of very few younger folks Promotions are mainly based on experience by years, rather than work quality and improvements.
