Nothing, Only sometimes there is no work to do, that's what I liked...

Dislikes

...r, HR, HR Head, Marketing Head Siddhesh and Accounts team all are a big liers. Salary discrepancy is a common issue here, after discrepancy they even don't replies to mails. They don't settle FNF for ex-employees, That's how they are earning to feed their family.

Dislikes

No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.

They have not created my 24 days salary and incentives.Its around 6 months still they have not cleared my f&f. Following on email from 24th July 2023. They won't pay you your money, they pay only on 15 of the upcoming month and if you resign then forget about your money they will never pay .The HR Yashika is worst.The incentive your earn they never pay. The company works on deduction only. Real School is worst the parents who get enrolled keep complaining about the classes as Operations team is not their only .You need to work not only on sales but work as Customer service also.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
